Unfortunately, it happens ... One of your customers may not turn up on the day they booked, for a variety of reasons, known and unknown.
Don't forget to cancel the booking:
to "release" your availability,
to collect your cancellation fee, if applicable
In the Main Menu, click on Bookings
On the My Bookings page, click on the booking concerned,
On the details page, click on Cancel (button at the bottom right of the booking file)
Specify that the customer has not shown up (No Show)
Tick the file line(s) to be cancelled
Depending on the date of the No Show and your general and special terms and conditions of sale, your No Show fees will be calculated automatically and you will be shown the amount of any remaining sums to be deducted from or refunded to the customer.
