Declaring a No-Show

Unfortunately, it happens ... One of your customers may not turn up on the day they booked, for a variety of reasons, known and unknown.

Don't forget to cancel the booking:

  • to "release" your availability,

  • to collect your cancellation fee, if applicable

  • In the Main Menu, click on Bookings

  • On the My Bookings page, click on the booking concerned,

  • On the details page, click on Cancel (button at the bottom right of the booking file)

  • Specify that the customer has not shown up (No Show)
