When one of your customers books on Booking, you have two options:
Either Booking collects the money from your customers and then pays you the sums due (minus commission): here is an article on this subject from the Booking knowledge base. If you decide to let Booking collect the money, you will have nothing more to do on the elloha side.
Or you decide to collect your bookings yourself: in this case, Booking will debit your customers and then make the funds available to you on a virtual card that is directly available to you on elloha.
To cash this virtual bank card, if you have a virtual POS option with elloha(Stripe, Paybox), you can use it to cash the card.
NB: Payzen does not allow postpaid payment and therefore does not allow you to pay for bookings from this distributor after the event.
Otherwise, if you have a physical Eftpos terminal, you will need to retrieve the customer's bank details and make the payment directly on your Eftpos terminal.
Please note: this virtual card can only be cashed up to the amount of the initial booking made on Booking. If you wish to increase the initial rate, for example by adding paying options, this increase will have to be collected by another means of payment (cash, for example).
