The new elloha payment environment

Updated over 3 months ago

As you will have noticed, the display of the payment environment in your booking module has changed.

As well as being more ergonomic, it now delimits each stage of the booking process for greater clarity.

The payment environment will change depending on whether you use Stripe, Paybox, Payzen or no virtual payment terminal.

Your customer must first select the offer they wish to reserve by clicking on "reserve":

They will then need to add their contact details and click on "finalise booking":

Your customer should then click on this button, and will be redirected to the form for entering their bank details:

When they finalise their booking, your customers will see a personalised display based on the virtual POS terminal you have selected as an option.

If no virtual EFTPOS option has been selected, the display will look like this:

If you have selectedStripe:

If you have thePaybox option:

If you have thePayzen option:

ATTENTION: If you have activated a Virtual Eftpos terminal, your customers' bank details will not be accessible to you. They will be held by Stripe, Paybox or Payzen (depending on the option chosen). You will only have access to the bank card if you have not activated any Virtual POS terminal.
NB: deactivating a virtual Eftpos terminal will give you access to the bank guarantee information for future bookings.
Bookings made with an activated virtual Eftpos terminal must be cashed via Stripe or, at the latest, when your customers arrive. In short, deactivating the virtual Eftpos terminal does not give you access to the credit card details of existing bookings.
