Payment by Apple Pay and/or Google Pay on your elloha booking engine

Updated over 3 months ago

We now offer your customers the option of paying for their bookings on your elloha booking engine using Apple Pay or Google Pay, at no extra cost to you!

These payment methods are activated by default on your booking engine, subject to two conditions:

  • A virtual payment terminal must be activated on your elloha account (Stripe, Paybox or Payzen);

  • The entire basket must be subject to the "Prepaid total" payment method, i.e. the entire amount will be cashed as soon as the booking is made. The customer will not deposit his/her bank card as a guarantee.

In order for the option to pay by Apple Pay to be displayed, your customer will need to use the Safari browser and have their bank card saved in their browser.

When entering their bank details, they must click on the "Pay" button:

Then confirm the payment by clicking on "Confirm on iPhone":

And that's it, the booking is confirmed!

For Google Pay, customers will need to use the Google Chrome browser and have saved their bank card in their browser.

The principle is the same as for Apple Pay: customers simply click on "Pay" when entering their bank details:

Then validate the credit card by clicking on"Pay":
