There are two ways of activating this connector, which is dedicated to estate agencies equipped with the Spi Location Saisonnière (SPI LS) system, and which enables the offers in their catalogue to be uploaded directly to your TDR Booking-Engine (BE):
How do you activate the connection request?
1- You know the agencies and you can contact them directly to ask for the agency reference(s) concerned by the connector and send them to us.
This is very easy to find in the software:
All the agency has to do is activate the elloha channel on the properties they want:
2- Alternatively, theagency can contact Spi Location saisonnièredirectly via its helpdesk, saying that it needs to connect to the Elloha connector, and Spi's technical department will email the elloha connectivity team the "refagence" or "refagencies".
You will also need to send us the agency's postal address and means of communication, as well as the person in charge of the bookings that will be made via the gateway (surname, first name, tel., e-mail).
At present, all the gateways offered by Spi are part of the product subscription, so there is no additional cost.
How does the gateway work?
Once the agency or agencies have been synchronised, elloha provides the TDR with access (login/mdp) to a Partner Network Head dedicated to the agency's catalogue, which is then sent to the agency manager.
Any booking made on an SPI LS offer is automatically transferred to their dedicated application. If the file is cancelled in SPI LS, the file is also cancelled in elloha.
A booking test in the elloha BE of the SPI LS TDR with credit card guarantee is necessary to validate that the connector is working correctly. The branch manager must agree to check that the test file conforms to his expectations and then cancel it from his business application.
Once the test has been validated, elloha can activate your channel on the offers in the SPI LS catalogue so that they become available on your ECUs.
It is not compulsory for the agency to connect to its elloha TDR. However, they must set up a total or partial prepaid booking system. To do this, you need to :
- activate Stripe Paybox or Payzen in elloha in the TDR, Account section
- set the prepaid collection percentage that will apply to the offers in your catalogue sold on your BEs
It is also possible to use elloha to collect the balance of files via Stripe, Paybox or Payzen, even though the balance is generally collected on site when customers arrive.

Here are a few explanations of how it will work for branch managers connected to elloha.
You will, of course, be notified by email of each booking made by the booking engines (Booking-Engine - BE) of your DMO partner's network (CDT, OT...).
Booking files will be available in a dedicated access to the elloha application.

The credit card details that are systematically used as a guarantee when booking online will be available to you in each file, as elloha cannot transmit them to SPI LS for PCI-DSS security reasons.
It is standard practice for SPI LS agencies to automatically collect the 25% on booking via Stripe, Paybox (System Plus subscription) or Payzen and pay it directly to you.
To do this, you will need to activate
-Stripe (3% on amounts collected via Stripe)

in the "Account" menu, "Virtual POS" tab in the elloha application.
Your catalogue cannot be distributed until a virtual POS terminal is activated.
Once Stripe, Paybox or Payzen has been activated, you will need to set up a partial prepaid cashout of the credit card at the time of booking in the "Account"/"Cashout" menu (e.g. 25%):
Stripe, Paybox or Payzen can also be used to cash the booking in the event of a no-show or for the balance of the booking, even if it is usually cashed on the spot (cheque, Eftpos terminal, etc.) in your branch.
Once the virtual TPE has been activated and a minimum of prepaid has been paid, it is essential to carry out at least one test booking via the test booking engine of your elloha-SPILS network head in the "Modules" menu:
The catalogue is regularly synchronised with elloha and you have access to it for checking purposes in the "Cards" menu:
This type of connectivity is not instantaneous. Allow at least 15 days for deployment, or even longer depending on the availability of the estate agency concerned, which must work on its Helios SPILS catalogue and activate the Paybox, Payzen or Stripe option in the elloha import TDR.
Please note
Please note that the elloha booking-engine may display a guide price "From" on the list page that is slightly different from the price on the detail page, as in this example:
This is due to the SPI LS agency's compulsory options (cleaning, etc.) and processing fees (administration fees, mandate fees, etc.), which are automatically added to the main offer to validate the booking in accordance with the requirements of the gateway.
Please note: If a booking is unsuccessful on the elloha side (invalid payment, for example), the booking will still appear temporarily in your Spi LS account as an "option". Don't worry, it will disappear after a few hours.
