You cannot delete elloha accounts from the TDR. If you make a mistake, the consequences could be serious. We will take care of cleaning up if you indicate the idOI of the accounts to be deleted in the Teamwork project management area so as to avoid any confusion:

The login for an elloha account is necessarily unique.
When a listing is transformed, it is the email of the tab that owns the listing, for example"[email protected]", that is assigned as the login.
If a second file with the same owner email is converted to an elloha account , the login for the 2nd account is incremented on the basis of the email address, for example the login will be "contactXX", with a different password.
You will then have two separate accesses for two different elloha accounts.
If they want to combine their elloha accounts into amulti-owner elloha account (a "mini" TDR - like your DMO TDR - but only with their elloha accounts), this is possible, but they should contact their elloha account manager, who will contact them when the accounts are opened and ask for a quote.

If the accommodation is not at the same postal address, it is generally better to create 3 separate accounts.

Sometimes the owner does not give the exact address of the accommodation before booking, in which case an account with 3 offers would be appropriate, but this is not very common.

You do not have access to this section from the Network Head.
The "Account" menu you see in the top right-hand corner is that of the Network Head and, more specifically, the menu of the TDR user you are connected to.
like the pro, you need to connect directly to the elloha account (with the dedicated login/mdp) if you want to manage the Confidential account menu (which contains the password, bank details, subscriptions, etc.) or the distribution channels menu for an elloha account.
In the event of a dispute, the pro will not be able to incriminate you if critical information has been modified or divulged.
