How can I find the identifier (idOI) of an elloha account or its offer/form ids?

Updated over 3 months ago

The idOI (example:460550bb-f298-4b90-9f41-743eef361c16) of an elloha account is the hexadecimal code that uniquely identifies each elloha file or account.
This idOI is accessible in the Network Head application because it is added to the URL when you access the elloha account overview from the product list:

In the browser's address bar, copy the URL, which looks like this:

The identifier is at the end of the URL idoi=460550bb-f298-4b90-9f41-743eef361c16

Note that the IdOI is the variable to be entered in your SIT to link your descriptive sheet on your website to the elloha account of your elloha marketplace so thatwidgets, buttons or booking links can bedisplayed on your website.

With a SIT connector, the idOI is set when your listing is first imported into elloha TDR and does not change until the listing is deleted. The idOI is retained when the record is converted to an elloha account.

In order to contact elloha support([email protected]) or your elloha network head via the Teamwork project space(https://elloha.teamwork.com) about a particular account, it is best to always indicate the idOI in order to clearly identify the establishment concerned.

If you have the idOI, you can copy and paste it into the search field of your Network Head for greater precision when searching for a listing:

What about the id of an elloha account offer or package?

Once the offer (accommodation accounts) or package (activity accounts) is displayed in the elloha account, the productid appears in the address bar:

The productid is useful if you want to point a booking widget to a specific offer or package in an elloha account cf.

Is it possible to list all the elloha accounts with their idOI or offer id in Excel?

Here's a tutorial on how to extract this data in a spreadsheet:
