How do I contact elloha support or elloha TDR support?

Updated over 3 months ago

Intercom, support tool for elloha and Headend account questions

Do you need help? If your request concerns an elloha account, how it works or how to set it up (whether it's your DMO account or that of one of the pros who has contacted you directly), you should send an email to elloha support: [email protected]

If your request relates to the operation of your TDR, or to a function specific to the DMO tool (TDR Booking-Engine, tags, Selections, transforming listings into elloha accounts, etc.), the recipient should be [email protected]

Once your marketplace has been deployed, 3 or 4 months after signing your licence contract and starting the project, the project space in the Teamwork application (see below), which enables you to track all the steps involved in setting it up, is archived. The elloha DMO support team will then take over at [email protected] to help you with any Network Head issues.

Your email will be dealt with by our team of specialists (either elloha support or elloha DMOs support, depending on who is receiving your email) via an Intercom ticket and you will be notified of any replies or requests for clarification by email.

Teamwork, TDR project management tool

As long as you are in "project mode" for setting up your Network Head (the first 3 or 4 months after signing your licence) and your question does not concern an elloha account but relates to the deployment of your marketplace or a feature accessible from your Network Head, you must use the Teamwork project management area:

If you do not have access to Teamwork, please contact the elloha contact person in your organisation, who will have the login details created at the start of the deployment project.

Please note that this project management tool isreserved for Network Heads who have signed a TDR Main or Partner ++ agreement

If you do not have a contract of this type, you can send your requests to elloha support (see the first part of this article).
