What is an inbound connector?
An inbound connector is a synchronisation with accommodation management software or a central reservation system that allows elloha to fetch stocks and prices from the supplier and sell them on its Booking-Engine (BE).
Why synchronise elloha with a booking centre?
The advantage of this synchronisation for service providers is that their availability can be displayed on the website of an elloha partner Tourist Office or CDT/CRT.How does it work?
No offers need to be entered on elloha. We go directly to the supplier to find the offers, stocks and prices in order to bring up the availability of the products in the booking engine.
How do you synchronise these establishments?
Connectivity is generally done on a case-by-case basis (requested by the supplier via the PMS menu in their elloha account). The service provider must first activate the elloha channel in the third-party publisher's back office.
Connectivity generally takes between 24 and 72 hours. The third-party publisher may charge set-up costs or additional subscription fees to the service provider, or even to the DMO if it wishes to take charge of an entire catalogue. As far as elloha is concerned, there is no cost for setting up the gateway.

Sales on OTAs?
Via inbound connectors, availability goes up in elloha but, contractually, third-party publishers do not allow service providers to use elloha to sell on OTAs. To do so, they have to use a PMS-type connector.
What is a PMS?
PMS stands for Property Management System and refers to a software solution generally dedicated to hotel management. PMSs generally take care of commercial management, invoicing and functional organisation.
Why synchronise Elloha with a PMS?
The advantage of this synchronisation for service providers is that they have a channel manager and can update their stocks automatically on OTAs (Booking, Expedia, etc.). This is not contractually permitted by certain incoming connectors.How does this work?
Stocks and bookings are exchanged in both directions (incoming and outgoing flows).
HomeManager, Chloé or Hippocamp fetch the stock from elloha (the account must be correctly configured for offers and rates).
The account's Planning menu is always displayed and can be modified, unlike PMSs such as D-Edge, Thelis or Ctoutvert (incoming connectors).
The PMSs (Chloé, HomeManager, Hippocamp, etc.) send the availabilities that will be taken into account in elloha. They can also retrieve availabilities from elloha.How do you synchronise these establishments?
The service provider must first activate the elloha channel in the third-party publisher's back office.
The PMS channel must then be activated in the elloha account. The connectivity department([email protected]) is automatically informed of this activation and contacts the publisher concerned. It is the latter that sets up the connectivity (mapping of offers) and informs the service provider when this is effective.
Sales on OTAs?
Through connectivity with a PMS, it is possible to sell on OTAs such as Booking, Airbnb or Expedia as with a standard elloha account (minimum Connect subscription level).
