How can I request the connection of elloha accounts with third-party publishers?
You can connect establishments already equipped with a reservation solution to your elloha marketplace if the latter belongs to the list of elloha inbound connectors.
Withthe exception of the Helios-SPI and GDF-ITEA gateways, which enable the entire catalogue to be synchronised with your elloha platform, each establishment must have a dedicated elloha account (from start-up) which will be connected to its equivalent at the publisher.
Depending on the type of elloha account (campsite, rental, etc.) to which you give access via your Network Head (transformed SIT file or account created directly from the sign-up of your personalised environment https://destination.elloha.com), the service provider can request the connection directly from his elloha account, Synchro tab in the "My Account" menu. These are the procedures for campsites and hotels. And this applies to startup subscriptions as well.
If you have a global agreement with the publisher, it is possible to connect all the accounts identified by batch. Third-party publishers are used to these procedures but generally charge connectivity fees (elloha does not charge any additional fees, connectivity is possible from the free startup). Once you have their agreement, contact your elloha network head via the Teamwork project space.
He or she will provide you with a shared Google Drive Excel file in which you can indicate the elloha accounts you have created to link your service providers equipped with third-party solutions, their elloha identifier (idOI) and the IDs of the establishments on the publisher back-office side so that they can be reconciled and connected.
If you have batches of elloha accounts to connect, your TDR deployment manager will be able to assist you via Teamwork.
If you have any unit sync requests, please submit your request to the connectivity department: [email protected]
Important: without the institution's id in the third-party solution, it will be impossible for us to synchronise.
Whatever the publisher, the school must first contact its account manager and ask to open the elloha channel. Otherwise, no connection will be possible.
Depending on the pro's contract with its publisher, opening the elloha channel may be included at no extra cost or charged extra.
What should be entered in the connected elloha account?
Everything "hot" (transactional) comes from the connector: services, special offers, promotions, rates, availability, etc.
The "cold" information is managed by the elloha account, which must contain a description of the establishment: the description (article) of the establishment, photos, comfort criteria, means of payment, languages spoken, etc. Ideally, the elloha account should have theDescription tab filled in correctly:
If you have a SIT connector, once the listing has been transformed into elloha, it is ready for connection, although it is advisable to ask the service provider to update its descriptive information.
What information is sent to the Booking Engine (BE)?
In the BE in list mode, the results displayed following a search for availability include the name of the establishment, the type of account, the municipality to which it is attached, the description and the main photo uploaded to the elloha account. The "From" price comes from the connector.
In the BE in detail mode (after clicking on "See prices" for an establishment in the list), the top part of the page is populated by the elloha account (except for the "From" price), and the services (standard prices, special offers and promotions with their photo) that follow come from the connector:
At the bottom of the BE page in detail mode, under the offers from the connector, you will find the other descriptive information entered in the elloha account, which is therefore important to update:
