You have an elloha main or partner network head contract and you would like to sell elloha "Activities" type accounts from your network (elloha accounts managed internally or accounts managed by a pro) through the ALOA Cashier/Ticketing tools:
Setting up this "outgoing connector" (offers, prices and stocks managed in elloha are sold in a third-party system) is fairly simple.
Please contact us via the Teamwork project space of your Network Head if you wish to deploy this gateway.
How do I deploy an ALOA Cashier?
To set it up, we need :
-contact details for the central booking office so that we can clearly identify the organisation that will be making the sales (business name, postal address) and the contact person (surname, first name, telephone number, e-mail address)
-an elloha account (provide theidOI) which you will use to test with the ALOA technical teams.
We will then contact ALOA to provide them with the elements required for synchronisation via the elloha APIs: https: //doc.elloha.com/api/v1/fr/
With the API identifiers provided and a dedicated Booking-Engine (BE) that we create for them, ALOA will be able to retrieve all the transactional elements of an elloha account (formulas, rates, stocks, etc.) to create reservations from their Cashier/Ticketing tool for the elloha accounts that require them.
How does an elloha account decide to sell itself via Aloa?
Once the gateway has been set up and at your request, we display a new sales channel in all the elloha accounts in your network (the channel remains hidden while it is being set up).
Elloha Activities accounts - whatever their subscription level (Startup, Connect, Magic) - that wish to be sold via the Aloa Cashier must go from their account to the "Sales channels" section and then the "My local channels" tab to activate this new distribution channel:
Elloha support is not authorised to open the ALOA channel at the request of a TDR. For obvious reasons of consent, it is up to the pro to activate the possibility of being sold via ALOA.
If they no longer wish to be sold via this channel, they must deactivate the channel in their elloha account.
It is possible to customise the wording of the sales channel, which by default is called "Centrale de Réservation Aloa DMO".
Once the channel has been activated, the elloha account can be sold the next day via the ALOA Cashier/Ticketing tools.
ALOA folders in the elloha account
To create a sales file, ALOA queries a dedicated booking-engine (which we sent them during setup) via the elloha APIs.
The availability of elloha accounts is sent to the ALOA interface and when the booking is validated an identical file is created in each of the two systems.
The fares and stocks of the offers that come up in ALOA are strictly the same as in the elloha account at the level of a BE widget or telephone sales (Desk). elloha does not manage any commissions that may be deducted by the Central Office from ALOA Cashier/Ticket sales.
When a sales agent confirms a reservation in ALOA , the stock is of course blocked in real time in the elloha account.
It is possible to consult the cash desk/ticket office files from the elloha account. The "Creator" column in the Reservations menu is used to distinguish ALOA files from other sales files from the BE TDR DMOs, modules internal to the elloha account... or from the "Comptoir ALOA DMO" gateway:
How is the owner of the elloha account paid?
If the files are collected in ALOA, the payment to the owners of the sums collected must be arranged in agreement with ALOA and via their system.
elloha is not responsible for the payment of sales files made in ALOA. There is no exchange of financial flows or credit cards between elloha and ALOA for files created in this third-party system.
elloha has no access to the operation of the ALOA Cashier. In the event of a malfunction, the most effective way is to contact the ALOA support team([email protected]), who know how to contact the elloha developers with the technical information needed to resolve the problem if it is on the elloha side.
Recovering all the folders for an elloha account in ALOA
By default, only bookings created in ALOA appear in your Consonance Web Ticketing tool.
If you would like to retrieve all the records for an elloha account (including web sales made on elloha) from ALOA, for statistical purposes for example, please contact [email protected] and tell us the idOI of the elloha account(s) in question

We will then provide ALOA with elloha Bookings API identifiers specific to this/these account(s) so that they are able to retrieve all bookings in their system for statistical or accounting purposes, for example.
