The next release will take place on Wednesday 30 October, from 17:00.
This release will include functions that have been eagerly awaited by our users, such as the ability to track all Stripe collection fees and respond to Google reviews posted on their Google My Business page.
The functions detailed below will be available on elloha from 19:00 at the latest.
FILE MANAGEMENT - DELETING QUOTES
It will now be possible to delete a quote using the "Delete" button.
This function was much requested by our users in order to regularly 'purge' the list of quotes that had not been followed up (by a booking). This function is manual (and therefore voluntary) to allow users to keep a memory of the quotes of their choice. The fact that they are not automatically deleted allows them, for example, to monitor the conversion rate of their past sales proposals (quotes).

MANAGEMENT OF GOOGLE MY BUSINESS REVIEWS
As we have done for Booking reviews, we have just integrated the possibility for our users to retrieve the reviews written on their Google My Business page in their elloha account. Users can view the reviews and reply to them directly from their elloha account, which will then synchronise the update with the user's Google My Business account. To use this function, the elloha user must have a Google My Business account and synchronise it once in their elloha account. If the user has more than one Google My Business account, they will be able to specify the account concerned.

VIVATICKET CONNECTOR - elloha
This "inbound" connector (in the direction Vivaticket > elloha) is now operational and enables your partners equipped with Vivaticket to distribute their offers on your network head-end.
To do this, your partner must have an elloha account and activate the Vivaticket synchronisation option. Once Vivaticket has opened its feed to us (see below), users can create their own formulas in elloha (with content and media different from those entered in Vivaticket), then enter the codes for these products opposite each other (this operation is called "mapping").
This function is available from the | Special elloha subscription at €90 excluding VAT per month with a 12-month commitment. No variable charges |

Vivaticket conditions | Your partner should contact his Vivaticket account manager, who will send him a commercial offer to implement connectivity. The commercial offer depends on the version of the platform used by your partner. |
HOTELOPIA/HOTELBEDS INCOMING CONNECTOR
Since October 2019, the HotelOpia/HotelBeds inbound connector, one of the world's leading "bed banks" (wholesalers) of hotel rooms, has been operational on the elloha platform.
It enables you to connect to your marketplace the Hotels or Residences belonging to the Accor, Louvre, Pierre et Vacances... group chains.

PAYMENT TRACKING - STRIPE
Thanks to the integration of the Stripe API upgrades (released this summer at the same time as the SCA upgrades), our customers can now track all the Stripe transactions associated with their account:
The status of their elloha subscription payments
The status of amounts collected via Stripe and fees deducted
To do this, the dashboard will display the total balance of cash receipts recorded with Stripe, any upcoming transfers from Stripe to their bank account and any funds in transit between Stripe and their bank account.
In addition, in the Bookings menu, you'll find a new tab called Stripe, which will display the list of charges applied to bookings collected via Stripe, as well as the list of funds transfers.

CHANGES CONCERNING THE STRIPE OPTION
When activating the Stripe option, a drop-down menu will allow you to indicate which type of identity document you wish to send to Stripe (National Identity Card, passport or driving licence). The service provider will now have to integrate the front and back, separately, for the National Identity Card.
At the request of many elloha users, it will be possible to define the wording that will be transferred to customers' bank accounts when they book online.
MINOR CHANGES TO RESERVATION FILES
In the event of the cancellation of part of a booking file consisting of several offers, a more explicit cancellation email will be sent to customers grouping together the cancelled services (a single email is now sent when several services are cancelled) and indicating which services are still active.
See below for an example of a cancellation notification sent to a customer
MAGIC - INTEGRATION OF THE INSTAGRAM BLOCK
It will now be possible for Magic customers to link an Instagram account to their Magic site and display a 'Photo Wall' on the home page of their site. To do this, they will need to enter the Access Token code for their Instagram account in the relevant module on elloha.

MAGIC - INTEGRATION OF THE BOOKING REVIEWS BLOCK
elloha already allows you to track and manage your Booking reviews directly in your account. They will now be visible from your website generated by elloha, as is already the case for TripAdvisor reviews.
