Flex is a powerful feature that allows an elloha subscriber to improve the conversion of their booking engine by proposing alternative dates when their establishment is unavailable on the dates requested.
How does flex work?
Here, in the schedule, you can see that the date 21 is unavailable:
On the front end, if the date requested by the customer is unavailable, the flex will automatically display the dates available 3 days before or 3 days after that are available under the conditions requested by the web user, i.e. for the same number of PAX and nights
Once they have clicked on the date of their choice, customers will be redirected to the available offers on the booking engine
This functionality is generally available on the 'big' booking engines... but it is extremely voracious in terms of server resources because, in order to respond in record time to offers available on adjacent dates and with the same number of Pax and Nights, we had to deploy additional very voracious caches. For this reason, this functionality will only be available from the Magic subscription.
