The next release will take place on Wednesday 15 May, from 17:00. The functions detailed below will therefore be available on elloha from 19:00 at the latest. And to say the least, there's a lot to see ...
1) CIRCULAR SALES
For more details, please refer to the pre-release note dated 18 April:
As announced, we have delayed this release to allow us to improve the concierge payment function and offer other options than SMS. In discussions with some of you, it became clear that the only option was to send an SMS to obtain the (secure) entry of the customer's bank card in "guaranteed or prepaid" mode, which was too restrictive (customers without mobile phones or who did not want to use their flat rate, offices wanting to offer a more comfortable entry environment than a mobile phone, etc.).
For this reason, in the POS (and soon, in the version of the POS in the back-office on elloha), it will now be possible to choose between 3 modes of bankcard entry in guarantee and/or prepaid according to the restrictions set by the Concierge partner :
the customer agrees to give his bank card: it can be entered in the POS (and tomorrow, on the POS in the back office)
the customer prefers to receive a text message and go to a secure mobile area themselves,
the customer prefers to receive an e-mail and go to a secure area on their mobile phone.
Everything else remains the same: customers have 10 minutes to confirm their booking and provide their bank details. After that, the booking is cancelled immediately.
Note: we're preparing full marketing materials to promote this innovation, which will get people talking about your DMOs (in the local press, with your B2B professionals, etc.). Keep an eye on your e-mail!
2) EVOLUTION BE
As you know, one of the next 'big' releases will involve implementing the POS functions in the elloha backoffice ... in other words, the complete checkout outside the tablet :-)
This is a very heavy development and we're working very hard on it. It will require us to redesign many of the screens on our platform, starting with the BE.
So, to coincide with the May release, here's an interim version of the evolution of the BE (which you'll find in your BE, in your dashaboard and also on the Magic sites).
Below is a 'fully loaded' BE, i.e. with a maximum number of tabs visible in the top bar... but it's a safe bet that your BEs won't open on all these tabs (promotions, coupons, accommodation, ticketing, cruises, ski passes, etc.).
These quick accesses will also facilitate the work of the holiday advisors when they use the future POS functions in the elloha backoffice. But they are also practical for end customers:
the ability to prioritise what's available: today, tomorrow, this weekend, etc... we're in the middle of the "holiday internet", even if we still have the option of entering our own dates,
choose a destination (from your destinations) and activate more search filters
That's it for this intermediate version, as the final version is more concerned with the payment and file management screens (but until then, a little patience ;-)
3) BOOKING NOTICES IN THE BACK OFFICE
Connect Subscribers who work with Booking will now be able to view Booking's reviews of their establishment in their elloha back office.
They will also be able to respond from elloha and the response will be immediately communicated to Booking.

4) TRACKERS IN BOOKING ENGINES
In order to enable our customers to create advanced tracking of their traffic and conversion indices (ROI CPC campaigns or conversion on bookings), it will now be possible to integrate Google Tags Manager + Facebook Pixel + UA Code.
Our subscribers will also be able to add another script (of their choice) if they work with a publisher not listed by elloha:

5) CREATE YOUR BOOKING ENGINES IN YOUR TDR
There's no need to go into detail about the benefits of this function, which you can find in our knowledge base.
6) INCOMING CONNECTORS
Ingénie: on our side (Ingénie to elloha direction), the connector is implemented with the restriction that we only retrieve the accommodation as the activities were not included in either the flow or the connector documentation. Ingénie has informed us, however, that a supplement to its flow (and its documentation) is being produced and will be delivered shortly. In any case, and given our technical roadmap, this part will not be taken into account before the end of the summer. Subject to all reservations (in particular a complete acceptance test on the Ingénie side), we are in a position to put the Ingénie connector (hosting) to elloha online as of this release. However, it will only be put into production when Ingénie puts the elloha to Ingénie connector into production (no information on this subject).
Economic conditions: to be determined depending on the development of this connector
Vivaticket (ex-Irec): this connector is operational and enables you to connect major tourist and cultural facilities in your region to your platform (the Louvre, for example, is equipped with IREC).
Reservations made by elloha (for Vivaticket offers) result in the creation of a QRCode that can be read by the Vivaticket "shower heads" at your partner's premises. As a result, the end customer does not have to go to your partner's cash desk to collect a ticket.

Economic conditions: regardless of the commercial negotiations between your partner and its supplier, Vivaticket, the cost of connecting its Vivaticket account to elloha is €90 excluding VAT per month with a minimum commitment of 12 months. No other costs are charged by elloha.
LS RESA: This connector is operational in V1 (and this release includes V2, which is more powerful in many respects). It enables you to connect shipping or river companies equipped with LSResa to your platform(see the non-exhaustive list of their customers here).

Economic conditions: regardless of the commercial negotiations between your partner and its supplier, LSRESA, the cost of connecting its LSRESA account to elloha is €90 excluding VAT per month with a minimum 12-month commitment. No other costs are charged by elloha.
HomeManager: This solution should be classed as a PMS (Property Management System) and not as a channel manager. By connecting to elloha, HomeManager enables its customers (independent hotels and guest houses) to use elloha as a channel manager. It also enables you to mobilise an additional offer in your territory with these operators.
For information, HomeManager equips just over 800 guest houses in France.
7) GENERAL SCHEDULE FOR TDR
As a reminder, this May release includes, as planned, the general planning function announced during our pre-release in March.
This function gives you access to a Planning menu that displays a global view of the availability of the members (elloha accounts only) of your TDR:
green: more than 50% stock
orange: less than 50% stock
red: 0% stock
X: closed
the logo (stop) indicates that the day has stock but that no arrivals are possible on that day
The list can be filtered by your selections (this function is not visible in the screenshot below) and, by clicking on the name of the account, you can view the details.
Please note that the schedule for these accounts will not be managed from this screen.
For reasons linked to the limitations of the connectors, the availability of 'third-party' products will not appear in this schedule.
