elloha is a Klarna partner!
Your customers can pay in several instalments free of charge, for bookings ranging from €35 to €1,500.
By adding Klarna to the payment methods available online, your customers can pay in instalments. Klarna, on the other hand, will pay you the full amount of the booking immediately, minus the 7% Klarna commission (including Stripe commission), once the booking has been made. For you, there's no risk, only benefit.
With Klarna, buyers have more freedom to make their purchases.
How does payment with Klarna work on elloha?
First of all, you need to activate the Stripe option (virtual EPOS).
NB: The Klarna solution is not currently connected to the other virtual payment solutions we offer, only via Stripe.
Once activated, go to the Account menu (at the top right of your interface), then to the Cashing tab and switch to full prepaid mode or partial prepaid mode if you haven't already done so. Finally, activate the Klarna payment method.
Klarna payment is based on the prepaid setting:
if prepaid in full, the split payment will be made for the entire file,
if partial prepaid, the split payment will apply only to the percentage of the deposit amount you have defined (the balance will remain payable by the customer).
IMPORTANT: switching to Postpaid mode will deactivate Klarna.
What happens on the customer side?
At the time of payment
Customers simply select the"Pay with Klarna" option and enter their payment details. There is never any interest or charges as long as payments are made on time.
About collection
Once the order has been confirmed, Klarna will invoice the first instalment immediately. Once the payment has been processed, the customer will receive notification.
After purchase
The credit card will be debited automatically every 30 days for further payments. Klarna will send the customer an alert.

The customer must click on the"Klarna" button:
Enter your name and click on"Pay":
They will then be asked for their telephone number to send them a code:
The total amount of the booking will then be split into 3 and the customer will only have to enter their bank details and confirm:
You will receive the full amount of the booking, less the 7% commission deducted by Klarna (including Stripe commission).
The customer will be debited in 3 instalments directly by Klarna.
