Paiement via ANCV Connect

Updated over 3 months ago

elloha enables your customers to pay for their holiday and leisure bookings using ANCV Connect dematerialised holiday vouchers.

PREREQUISITES :

- You must first have an account and a contract with ANCV before you can activate ANCV Connect on elloha,

- The address of the establishment or activity must be located in France (if you do not have an elloha account in France, it will not be possible to use ANCV Connect),

- You must activate a virtual TPE to use the ANCV Connect function (Stripe, Paybox or Payzen).

In order to activate this means of payment in your elloha account, you must go to the Cashing sub-menu, located in the Account menu (top right of your elloha interface).

When you wish to activate this payment method by clicking on the red Deactivated button, a window will appear on the screen asking you to enter your ANCV identifier. This is known as the shop ID or establishment ID at ANCV.

To retrieve your shop ID, you need to log in to your dedicated area.

- If you only have one reception point, go to the My account tab and then click on Reception point details. You will find your shop ID there,

- If you have more than one reception point, go to the My Account tab and click on List of reception points. There you will find the shop ID for each reception point that accepts Chèque-Vacances connect as payment.

Once you have entered the shop ID, click on the Validate link to activate this payment method.

Your customers will be able to pay for their bookings using this ANCV Connect dematerialised cheque.

CAUTION: if your payment method is set to Postpaid (without immediate payment of all or part of your customer's basket), ANCV Connect will not work. This is because ANCV Connect is an immediate payment method.

Bookings created directly by the service provider

If you register a booking directly for your customer from your elloha account and if the customer wishes to pay you for all or part of their booking with the dematerialised ANCV cheque, all you have to do is enter the amount of their choice with a minimum of €0.01.

You must therefore enter the amount requested and select the following ANCV Connect payment method:

Once you have clicked on the ANCV Connect button, a window will open on the screen and you will be asked to enter the customer's payer identity, which the customer will give you.

The payer identity is either the email address defined at ANCV, or the ID given by ANCV to the customer and different from the shop ID.

Once this payment has been validated, the customer will automatically receive a validation request on their mobile phone in order to confirm the transaction: they will have 3 minutes to validate it.

Once validated, the payment will appear in the customer's booking file.

You can refuse the payment: to do this, simply click on the red cross in the Payment History.

If you refuse the payment, the customer's ANCV account will automatically be re-credited.

If you have entered all or part of the amount of the booking for an ANCV collection, the customer is free to decide, from their ANCV mobile application, to pay only the amount of their choice with a minimum of €0.01. The balance must of course be paid on the spot or by another means of payment. Don 't forget to take the customer's credit card as a guarantee if other means of payment are not used.

Bookings created directly by the customer

The customer's booking, made using the elloha booking engine on your website, is different because they do not have the choice of splitting their payment between several methods of payment on the booking completion page.

The ANCV Connect payment method is displayed from an amount equal to or greater than €0.01.

If you have activated a virtual Eftpos terminal offered by elloha (Stripe, Paybox or Payzen) in prepaid payment mode and if the customer wishes to pay part of their stay using ANCV Connect, they can initially select this payment method:

  • if the booking is for €80 and they only have €40 in their ANCV account,

  • they can validate the €40 payment,

  • this amount will be debited from ANCV Connect and, once this has been validated, the customer will be redirected to the booking finalisation screen of the elloha booking engine in order to pay the balance using their credit card (or an alternative payment method such as Bancontact).

Cancellation of a booking made directly in an elloha account

When a booking made directly in elloha is cancelled, the booking is placed in Cancelled status and the amount paid via ANCV Connect is only refunded if the cancellation is recorded within 4 hours of the transaction.
