How do I activate Payzen on my elloha account?
In the top right-hand corner of your elloha account, click on My Account
Then click on the Options tab,
And activate the PayZen option,
Confirm your choice in the Payment menu ,
by ticking the box in the Bank details block. Click on Validate
In the Account menu, click on Virtual Eftpos terminal then complete the information in the contract you signed with PayZen: shop identifier, API key, Javascript API key. This information will enable your elloha account to communicate directly with your PayZen account and therefore with your bank. In the next section, we'll look at how to obtain this information.
Generate the Payzen API identifiers in the PAyzen back office and transfer them to elloha
Once you have opened your Payzen account, you need to
-connect to the PayZen back office, then
-go to the Settings > Shop > REST API Keys menu
-click on "Generate production password and HMAC-SHA-256 key" (point 1 on the screenshot below)
The windows below will appear in Payzen, all you have to do is click on the OK button.
-Next, enter the 3 Production identifiers to be entered into elloha (2):
1-Copy/paste the"Shop ID" from your Payzen account into the eponymous field in the elloha virtual POS menu.
Example: 91428789
2- Copy the"production password" (API key) from your Payzen account and paste it into the "API key" section of elloha.
3- Copy the"Public key" (Javascript API key) from the Payzen back-office and paste it into the "Javascript API key" field in the virtual POS tab of your elloha account.
(only keep the character string starting with "publickey..." and therefore remove the shop number at the beginning of the line).
For example, if you see in your Payzen back office :
6159898787:publickey_aHeU2D419I7PosEidR98977E7iGP0t73errxW1tIfbxUzhD
All you need to copy in the "Javascript API key" section of the elloha virtual TPE tab is
publickey_aHeU2D419I7PohhTT66dRh6753GP0t73errxW1tIfbxUzh (removing the 6159898787 part: otherwise it won't work)
Once you have entered the 3 identifiers, you can activate your Payzen virtual POS terminal in elloha:
IMPORTANT: Don't forget to carry out a full booking test on your elloha booking engine using your own credit card to check that everything is OK.
If during this test, when validating the credit card payment, you receive an error with the words "No FormToken defined" (see screenshot below), check that you have not made a mistake when entering the API identifiers in elloha.
The classic error is to have left the shop number in front of the Javascript API key:
If your identifiers are correct, it is possible thatthe credit card registration function (Tokenization) is not activated in your Payzen account. If this is the case, please contact Payzen support so that the settings in your account can be corrected.
Payzen technical support:

(Azur number - Cost of a local call from a landline)
+33 567 223 329 from abroad,
-by e-mail: [email protected]
To facilitate the processing of your requests, you will be asked to provide your Payzen boutique identifier (8-digit number). This information is available in your shop's registration email, or in the Payzen Back Office (menuSettings> Shop > Configuration).
Activate partial or total prepaid, global, by offer...
Finally, indicate your cashout preferences by selecting partial prepayment or total prepayment in order to define the cashout rate that will be automatically debited from your PayZen account for each booking made using the elloha booking engine. Please note that bookings created directly from your elloha account ("New Sale" or "A customer on the phone") will not have the "Payzen" button.
Please refer to thearticle dedicated to the Payment tab and Prepaid/Postpaid by offer.
IMPORTANT: once your Payzen identifiers have been entered in elloha, as well as the Prepaid/Postpaid payment method, we invite you to carry out a booking test using your web booking engine. Test a booking with your own credit card to check that the payment is processed correctly.
If you encounter an error, it is likely that the Payzen identifiers have been entered incorrectly or that your contract has not yet been activated with Payzen.
