You can track all Stripe transactions associated with your elloha account:
The status of your elloha subscription payments ( Account menu, Payment submenu),
The status of amounts collected via Stripe and fees deducted. You will find this information directly on the dashboard of your elloha account.
This small summary table shows:
The total balance at Stripe, which represents the total amount of cash received for your booking files via the Stripe virtual payment terminal,
Future transfers of funds held at Stripe that will be paid to you,
In transit is the amount of the current transfer to your bank account.
As a reminder, in your booking files, if you have made use of payments made via Stripe, elloha will provide you with details of the commission deducted in the summary of each booking file, under the heading "Technical charges on direct debits":
From the Reservations menu, you will find a tab called Stripe which will show you a summary of :
stripe fees
available, pending and completed fund transfers,
You can alsosee a breakdown of the incoming payment lines by clicking on the "+" in front of each funds transfer.
For each transfer, it shows the reservation files concerned.
You can export this data in csv format.
