The quality scores take into account several factors such as the amount of information entered in your Booking extranet, the cleanliness score, etc... .
In this block dedicated to your establishment's Booking score, a link redirects you to a window listing the points you need to work on to improve your score.
This list includes points relating to the quality of content and the work-friendly badge(a badge guaranteeing that the establishment meets high-quality service requirements such as a cleanliness rating of 8 or more and free wi-fi).
Points to work on are identified by a grey tick
It is essential to update this data to improve your Booking score via your Booking.com interface.
