The SCA can be triggered when a booking is made via the elloha booking engine.
When a customer makes a booking using the elloha booking engine and clicks on the Finalise booking button,strong authentication will be triggered by the customer's bank and the customer will be asked to validate the bank transaction.
If the customer has confirmed their strong authentication with their bank via the form that appears in the elloha booking engine, then the booking confirmation will be displayed as shown below.
If the strong authentication is not validated or rejected by the customer, a message indicating that this verification was not possible will be displayed in the booking engine:
In this case, the customer will know that their booking has not been successful,
They can try to authenticate again,
or choose another payment method.
