Connect your Unique Planning to Booking

You can synchronise the availabilities entered inelloha with your Booking account:

  • this means that every time you change your availability in elloha, your Booking schedule will be automatically updated without any additional operations

  • similarly, every time Booking records a reservation in your account, it will automatically be reflected in yourelloha account:

  • your schedules and booking files will therefore be simultaneously updated in real time!

Please note that you can synchronise all your rooms if you have decided to book them on Booking.

Once the synchronisation is in place, we recommend that you avoid closing this channel, as this will mean that you will have to redo the entire mapping of your offers.

Please also note that Booking does not allow us to synchronise several separate Booking accounts with a single elloha account. If you have several Booking accounts, you will therefore need to either combine all your accommodation on Booking into a single account, or open several elloha accounts.

If, following synchronisation, you decide to add accommodation, promotions or special offers on elloha for the current or next calendar, you must let us know. Otherwise, these new elements will not be linked to Booking.

To synchronise your schedule with Booking:

  • You must first ensure that you have at least subscribed to theConnect subscription

  • In the Main Menu, click on Sales Channels

  • On the My Sales Channels page, click on "+"

  • or in the Large Channels tab, on the Booking.com block

  • Click on Open this channel

  • At the same time, in your Booking.com interface, go to the Account menu (located at the top right of your Booking account) then Connectivity Provider,

  • Click on the Search button.

  • Enter the name of your channel manager, in this case: elloha.

  • Once you have selected the channel manager, you will need to choose the type of synchronisation,

  • Confirm the "Reservations, Rates and Availability" synchronisation already pre-selected,

  • Following this action, the elloha Support team will receive an email notification from Booking to finalise the synchronisation. We recommend that you send us your Booking ID at this time to speed up the synchronisation process (a series of numbers located at the top of your Booking account).

Once you have selected elloha as your connectivity provider, you will be redirected to the page below. You will notice that the box for the Extranet access field is unchecked by default.

IMPORTANT: you must tick this box before clicking the Connect button.

Your request will then be sent to our Support team so that your services can be mapped (connecting your offers between your Booking interface and your elloha interface).

Once you have confirmed the synchronisation, the ellohaSupport team will import your existing booking files into your Booking interface and validate the synchronisation.

ATTENTION: when importing Booking files, they will arrive in an Unsettled status in elloha, even if the file is settled in Booking. This data is not transmitted in the initial import.

Once synchronisation is complete, you will be able to manage your availability and rates directly on your elloha interface.

NB: closing your calendar is not enough to block stock at Booking. So remember to set your availability to 0 in the schedule before closing the calendar.

Please note

  • You must have a commercial contract with Booking

  • Commissions and financial relations between you and Booking remain managed on your Booking extranet

  • The cancellation conditions applicable remain those defined on Booking.com

  • The Genius loyalty programme, specific to Booking, is still applicable if it is activated on your Booking account. Exceptional promotions, specific to each customer, may therefore occasionally reduce the price of the reservation: this programme actually "takes precedence" over the prices sent by elloha.

  • Important: if you have created combined rates in elloha, these correspond to the "derived" rates in Booking. In this case, only the higher rate of your offers will be synchronised, as explained in this article from the Booking knowledge base.
