Connect Your Unique Planning with Expedia

You can now synchronise the availabilities entered inelloha with your Expedia account:

  • this means that each time you modify your availability in elloha, your Expedia schedule will be automatically updated without any additional operations

  • similarly, every time Expedia records a booking in your account, it will automatically be reflected in yourelloha account, so your schedules and booking files will be updated simultaneously in real time!

  • the same applies to your rates, minimum/maximum stays and authorised arrival days

Please note that you can synchronise all your rooms if you have decided to book them on Expedia.

IMPORTANT: Expedia does not allow us to synchronise two different Expedia accounts with a single elloha account. If you have several Expedia accounts, you will need to either combine them into a single Expedia account or open several elloha accounts.

If, following synchronisation, you decide to add accommodation, promotions or special offers on elloha, you must notify the Support team. Otherwise, these new elements will not be linked to Expedia.

To synchronise your schedule with Expedia :

  • You must first ensure that you have taken out theConnect subscription,

  • In the Main Menu, click on Sales Channels,

  • On the My Sales Channels page, click on "+",

  • Search for the Expedia channel,

  • Click on Open this channel,

  • The Expedia channel is displayed along with the partner channels Hotels.com and Voyages-Sncf.com.

  • At the same time, in your Expedia interface, go to the Rooms & Rates menu (located at the top left of your Expedia account),

  • then click on Connectivity settings,

  • Select elloha from the list of "system providers",

  • and check the "Availability and rates" and "Search for reservations" options ,

  • Then click on Send.

You will then receive an email fromExpedia containing :

    • your Hotel ID,

    • your Expedia ID,

    • your EQC password

We recommend that you send us your Expedia ID at this time to speed up the synchronisation process (a series of numbers located at the top of your Expedia account).

If necessary, the elloha Connectivity team will contact you by email to exchange this information with you, as well as all the parameters needed to match your rooms between elloha and Expedia.

Once this information has been exchanged with elloha, our Support team will map your services, i.e. connect your offers between your Expedia interface and your elloha interface.

ATTENTION: Closing your calendar is not enough to block stock at Expedia. So remember to set your availability to 0 in the schedule before closing the calendar.

Please note

  • You must have a commercial contract with Expedia.

  • Commissions and financial relations between Expedia and you are managed in your Expedia extranet.

  • The Rewards loyalty programme, specific to Expedia, is still applicable if it is activated on your Expedia account. Exceptional promotions, specific to each customer, may therefore occasionally reduce the price of the reservation: this programme actually "takes precedence" over the prices sent by elloha.
