You can synchronise the availabilities entered inelloha with your TripAdvisor Rentals account if you have at least a Connect subscription.
IMPORTANT: before synchronising, make sure that your TripAdvisor Rentals calendar is up to date (no stock at 0 as elloha only considers TripAdvisor reservation records as unavailable properties). elloha only sends unavailable properties.
this means that each time you modify your availabilities in elloha, your TripAdvisor Rentals schedule will be automatically updated without any additional operation
similarly, every time TripAdvisor Rentals records a booking in your account, it will automatically be reflected in yourelloha account:
your schedules and booking records will be updated at regular intervals defined by TripAdvisor Rentals.
Please note that you can synchronise all your rooms if you have decided to rent them separately on TripAdvisor Rentals.
To do this, you will need to set up as many synchronisations as you have rooms.
Below is the procedure for synchronising your offers between your TripAdvisor account and your elloha account:
You must first retrieve the file in ".ical" format from your TripAdvisor account and import it into elloha.
To do this, you need to go to the Calendars page in your TripAdvisor account.
To find this page, go to your listings and then click on the Calendar menu:
In the screen that appears, copy the link to the clipboard so that you can use it in elloha in the next step.
Log in to yourelloha account,
Select Sales Channels in the Main Menu
In the Large Channels submenu, in the TripAdvisor-ical block, click on Configure synchronisation:
Thenselect the room you wish to synchronise with TripAdvisor :
Paste the link provided by TripAdvisor into the Receive bookings from TripAdvisorIcal window in yourelloha account and then click on the diskette to confirm your action (blue button):
Once your link has been inserted, copy the synchronisation link from elloha to TripAdvisor in the Communicate outgoing elloha inventory to TripAdvisor window:
Now all you have to do is paste the synchronisation link you've just copied from elloha into TripAdvisor.
Go to your TripAdvisor account and click on Calendar:
select your listing
Then click on the Import link:
In the screen that appears, choose the "Other" option.
Your synchronisation between elloha and TripAdvisor is now active: it will take place at regular intervals defined by TripAdvisor.
Please note that Ical synchronisation does not apply to cancellations.
So when a file is cancelled on the TripAdvisor platform, you will also need to cancel the file on elloha in order to release the stock.
