You can now synchronise availabilities entered inelloha with your Pitchup account.
When you change your availabilities in elloha, your Pitchup schedule will be automatically updated without any further action on your part.
Each time Pitchup records a booking in your account, it will automatically be reflected in yourelloha account.
Please note that you can synchronise all your accommodation if you have decided to rent them separately on Pitchup. To do this, you will need to set up as many synchronisations as you have accommodation categories.
To synchronise your schedule with Pitchup :
Make sure you have at least subscribed to theConnect subscription
Retrieve your availabilities from your Pitchup interface - see the Pitchup FAQ
Click on the name of the offer you wish to synchronise (this must be repeated for all the offers you wish to synchronise)
Copy the iCal link of the offer in question in order to integrate it into your elloha account
Log in to yourelloha account
In the Main Menu, click on Sales Channels
Open the Pitchup sales channel
Then click on the link Configure synchronisation.
Select the hosting to synchronise
Paste the Pitchuplink previously retrieved into the Receive bookings from Pitchup window, then click on the button with the floppy disk symbol
Copy the synchronisation link from elloha to Pitchup in the block named Communicate outgoing elloha inventory to Pitchup
Finalise your synchronisation by pasting this link into your Pitchup interface
Your synchronisation between elloha and Pitchup is now active. It will take place at regular intervals defined by Pitchup.

You must have a commercial contract with Pitchup
Commissions and financial relations between you and Pitchup remain managed in your Pitchup extranet without any intervention from elloha
