elloha allows you to create your own Promotion templates that you can apply to all or some of the services in your account.
To create a Promotion template:
In the Main Menu, click on Promotions
On the Your Promotions page, click on the Add a promotion button
Name this promotion and define the discount to be applied in euros or as a percentage, then select the promotion model from the drop-down menu(Classic, Last Minute or Early Bird)
The different types of promotion:
The Classic model, where you define the validity and publication dates of the promotion.
The Flying model, which in fact stems from the Classic model, corresponds to a promotion that is not displayed on specific dates but only when a deadline condition is met. These promotions are currently the most commonly used in the tourism and leisure industry (from 7 nights upwards, for example).
The Early Bird model, which is used to offer a discount if the customer books well in advance (X day(s) before the arrival date).
The Last Minute model, where you define whether the customer books as close as possible to their arrival date (for all bookings made D-X before the arrival date).
Complete the Description and Restrictions tabs
Complete the Applicable offers tab to specify which offers apply to the promotion. By clicking on the drop-down menu for a service, you will be able to specify which calendar(s) and/or which special offer(s) you wish to apply your promotion to.
