IMPORTANT: the synchronisation of elloha promotions on Airbnb is no longer offered and you must now create them directly from your Airbnb interface.
elloha allows you to synchronise your promotions created on elloha with Airbnb, whether they are so-called "classic" promotions or promotions incorporating the concepts of Early bird (promotion encouraging customers to book an offer well in advance) and Last minute (last minute promotion).
PLEASE NOTE: so-called "classic" promotions can only be synchronised for offers where the price is set per service and calculated per night (this will not work for prices calculated per week). Early bird and last minute promotions can be synchronised whatever the pricing method (combination, service).
REMINDER: it is not possible to set a promotion in currency (e.g. Euro €), as Airbnb only accepts promotions in percentage (%). A 0% promotion will of course not be taken into account by Airbnb as the value of the promotion must be lower than the standard rate.
It is therefore important that you have created the relevant promotion models beforehand.
Once you have created these promotions :
Go to the Airbnb Sync menu, Rates tab (the promotions concerned will be displayed for all the offers concerned),
Select Synchronise in the drop-down menu displayed at the end of the line for these promotions,
Click on Save.
Your promotions are now synchronised between elloha and Airbnb.
For example, you'll see that an early bird promotion (a promotion that encourages your customers to book their stay well in advance), created on your elloha interface, will also appear in your Airbnb account from the Rates and Availability tab of the listing in question, under Early Booking Discounts.

Display this same promotion in the back office of your Airbnb account:
You will see the same display for your "classic" and last minute promotions.
IMPORTANT: if you modify your promotions synchronised between elloha and Airbnb from your Airbnb account (length of stay and discount level), this modification will be taken into account for the current day and will be automatically updated the following day in order to display the initial promotion synchronised from your elloha account again.
Please note that the restrictions of the promotion (min./max. of nights) must be included in the restrictions of the standard price.
For example, if the maximum stay of the standard price (e.g. maximum 4 nights) is less than the minimum stay of the promotions (e.g. promotion for one week), these will not go up.
Note:
Data relating to the validity dates, arrival days and applicable days of your promotions will not be transmitted to Airbnb as it does not currently offer this option. To determine when your promotion should no longer be offered, please enter your dates in the publication dates, which are taken into account by Airbnb.
ATTENTION: your promotions will therefore be available according to your publication dates.
