Synchronisation Limited allows you to synchronise:
prices,
inventory
restrictions for your offers between elloha and Airbnb.
The rest of the data, such as descriptions of your offers, photos, etc., must be modified on Airbnb.
With regard to the various charges set up in your Airbnb account, such as cleaning charges, linen charges or management charges, once synchronisation has taken place between elloha and Airbnb, this data must be managed on Airbnb.
Where do I start?
Before launching this synchronisation between elloha and Airbnb, make sure that you have opened an Airbnb account and that you have first created your listings (the equivalent of your offers in elloha).

If iCal synchronisation between elloha and Airbnb is already activated on your account, you will first need to delete it on elloha and, at the same time, delete the synchronisation of your listings in iCal format on your Airbnb interface ( Listings menu, Rates and availability tab for the listing concerned, Calendar synchronisation section ).
Please also note that once synchronisation has been set up, the offline booking option on Airbnb will no longer work and all bookings made via Airbnb will be instantaneous.
To synchronise your offers on elloha with Airbnb :
You must have taken out aConnect (or Basic) subscription,
Click on the Sales channels menu,
Then open the Airbnb sales channel.
Once the Airbnb channel has been activated, you can start your synchronisation:
Go to the Airbnb Sync menu,
Click on the Authorise button to allow elloha to connect to your Airbnb account (IMPORTANT: it is essential that you connect to your Airbnb account with Administrator status, as it can happen that several people have their own access to the same Airbnb account when managing several services). You will be redirected to the Airbnb portal to identify yourself. Once you have done this, you will be redirected to your elloha account.
Once you have entered your Airbnb login details, you will be asked to authorise the gateway between elloha and Airbnb.
Once you have authorised this gateway, you will be redirected to your elloha account.
By default, you will arrive on the Dashboard tab displaying all your offers that can be synchronised with Airbnb.
Start setting up your synchronisation by going to the My offers tab,
Click on the drop-down menu of the offer of your choice in order to match it with the same offer on Airbnb, bearing in mind that the name of the offer may be different.
Repeat this action for all the offers you wish to synchronise between elloha and Airbnb,
Then Save,
Your synchronisation is not yet complete at this stage because you need to synchronise your rates. Nothing could be simpler:
Go to the Rates tab,
Then select Synchronise from the drop-down menu for the offers you want to connect to Airbnb,
Click on Save to finalise your synchronisation.
IMPORTANT: Airbnb does not currently allow special offers and promotions to be synchronised, only standard prices can be synchronised.
The synchronisation of your offers between elloha and Airbnb will be shown by green ticks, visible from the Dashboard.
You can also check the status of your synchronisations by going to the Listings menu in your Airbnb account.
If necessary, you can delete the synchronisation of one of your offers between elloha and Airbnb by going to the My offers tab. All you have to do is click on the link Delete the synchronisation of the offer in question and it will automatically be desynchronised.
You will be able to display different prices on Airbnb than those you offer live via elloha by using the SmarConnect function, which is present in your elloha schedule.
Important information before setting up this synchronisation:
The commission charged by Airbnb is entirely at your expense for this Airbnb channel (around 15%).
The different price types offered by elloha (per person, per service and per combination) as well as the additional bed can be synchronised with Airbnb.
Airbnb allows your customers to indicate the number of children when booking, but it is not possible to set a different price for them as Airbnb only uses the notion of traveller. If you have set rates by combination in your elloha account, children's rates will not be taken into account by Airbnb.
