Why doesn't my synchronisation between elloha and Airbnb work?

Activating your synchronisation between elloha and Airbnb may not work.

After clicking on the Authorise button in the Airbnb Sync menu, you will be automatically redirected to the Airbnb website in order to identify yourself.

Once you have identified yourself, the following message may appear at the top of the page: You can only authorise one property management application to manage your account.

In this case, you need to go to your profile at the top right of the Airbnb homepage. By clicking on this profile, a drop-down menu will appear allowing you to select the Account submenu.

On this Account page, you will click on the Privacy and Sharing block, located in the centre of the various items on offer.

In this Privacy and Sharing section, you need to check whether another synchronisation application is already connected to your Airbnb account. If this is the case, you will need to click on the Remove access link in order to disconnect the application concerned.

Once this has been done, you can restart the synchronisation authorisation between elloha and Airbnb.
