Create a Ticket or Package Offer

Updated over 3 months ago

To create a Ticketing Offer, you need to create :

  • Resources: these are the types of ticket you want to offer for sale. By defining each type of resource, you can easily monitor their occupancy level in your schedule (see below). For example, for a tour or show organiser, these are the types of tickets you want to sell (Adult, Child, Senior, Unemployed, etc.). On the other hand, if you want to offer equipment hire, you will need to create your equipment in the form of resources so that you can better track their inventory and availability (see recommendations for equipment hire).

In this example, resources are the types of tickets offered by the aquarium:

  • Packages: these are the actual commercial offers. They combine the resources of your establishment that you wish to sell. For example, for an amusement park, the type of entry is the resource, but the "1-day family pack" or "friends pack" is the package. And you can associate all or some of the "admission" resources of your choice with this package. For example, you can define a "Seniors Pack" package reserved exclusively for "Seniors Entry" resources and not for "Children's Entry" resources.
