Formulas are the second pillar of your business: you have resources ( your types of tickets, entry tickets, packages, equipment available for hire, etc.) and you are now going to sell them together or separately, in one way or in several different formulas.
What are some examples?
Type of activity | Resource | Package |
Leisure Park | Admission | Individual entry, Family Pack, etc ... |
Tree climbing | Admission | Pack 8 courses, Pack 10 courses, etc ... |
Lasergame | Admission | Pack 1h, Pack 2 h, etc ... |
Museum | Admission | Individual admission, Guided tour with guide, etc ... |
Does your case seem special to you? Don't hesitate to contact our support team.
In the main menu, on the left, click on Formulas,
On the right of your screen, click on Add a package,
Then choose the type of package: Pure Activity or Equipment Hire
Give your package a name (you can change it at any time),
Then specify whether or not this package has a minimum duration : this is important because it will enable you to create the schedule for using your equipment. For example: if the session lasts 1 hour, specify this. That way, each time you hire, the equipment will be blocked for 1 hour. If you don't have a minimum duration (e.g. free entry to an amusement park), leave this blank. Don't forget to include the preparation time for your equipment if there is a minimum duration. For example, for a 2-hour booking that includes a 30-minute set-up time, allow a minimum of 2.5 hours.
Finally, click on Create (here is an example of a guided tour of Montmartre)
From this stage onwards, all the information you enter will count, as it will be published on your website, your Facebook page (if you publish it) and your booking engine. This information is invaluable because it will enable your future customers to find out as much as possible about your offers and - as a result - to book in complete safety.
If you want to reach a foreign audience, start by translating the name of your package (either yourself or using elloha's automatic translator)
Upload your first photo: you can modify it and add other photos that you can save in the Photos tab
On the first block, enter the Call-up price in the From € xx box . This price will be shown in the booking engine as the "first response", purely as an indication, to attract the attention of your future customers, as shown below.
You will be able to enter other important information, such as:
What your package price includes
What it does not include
Whether your customer needs to provide special equipment
Whether special documents are required on arrival
How difficult, if at all, your package is, on a scale from 1 (Very Easy) to 5 (Very Difficult): leave this information blank if your package is not at all difficult.
Once again, this information is intended to provide your future customers with the most accurate information possible and to avoid any risk of error when booking.
To go further and finalise your package, we now need to :
Write a full article about what you are offering and, if possible, translate it into the languages of your choice (manually or using elloha's automatic translator),
Upload several quality photos to give the best possible overview of your package: include as many atmospheric photos as possible, with the happy faces of your previous customers... you'll see, it sells! The more photos you include, the more bookings you'll get...
Define the resources you intend to associate with your package: see how
Specify whether your package is to be "consumed" at specific times or whether it is organised on afree admission basis: see how
Indicate the price(s) of your package: see how
As well as any commercial restrictions: see how
Specify the venue (if different from your main address) where the event will take place: see how
And, finally, the date(s) on which it will take place if it cannot be booked all year round: see how
Finally, why not publish all this on your Facebook page? See how
