Creating groups of formulas

Updated over 3 months ago

Depending on your activity, you may need to group your different formulas by category in order to identify them easily and make them easier for your customers to read when booking online.

elloha gives you the opportunity to solve this problem by allowing you to create groups from the Formulas menu in your elloha account:

  • Click on the Manage groups link,

  • Complete the Name, Ad description and From fields (it is not mandatory to complete all of these fields),

  • Then click on the Add button,

  • Repeat the operation to create other groups.

  • Don't forget to click on the "Save" button once you've finished creating your groups.

Back in the Formulas menu, your groups are displayed at the top of the page and you can move the formulas of your choice into these groups.

There are 2 ways of moving a formula into a group:

  • by dragging and dropping the formula into the group of your choice (when you hover over the formula, left-click on the double arrow to move it to the desired group),

  • or by going to the formula of your choice, to the General tab, then select the group of your choice from the drop-down list (see below).

Grouping your packages together makes it easier for your customers to book online, and therefore improves the user experience. What's more, Internet users can easily see how many activities are available in the group concerned.

Below is an example of how to display these packages in the booking engine:
