How to synchronise :
Go to the Account menu (located at the top right of your elloha interface)
Click on the PMS tab
From this PMS tab, select the hotel solution of your choice by clicking on Synchronise
Your Synchronisation Request is launched
Within 24 or 48 hours, your prices and availabilities will be communicated to us in real time from your solution provider and they can be rebroadcast *without additional input on our partner channels ...
With each new reservation from these channels, availability will be automatically updated in your hotel solution.
*For PMS Chloë, Resthel, Medialog, Family Hotel, MisterBooking, Chamber... Rates must be entered in elloha. The rates must be entered within the offers and not directly on the schedule.
For Cubilis, you need to create rate lines (special offers and promotions), but it is Cubilis that sends us the rates: you therefore need to create them, but leave the boxes blank.
The advantage of this PMS synchronisation is that it gives you a Channel Manager and enables you to update your stocks automatically on the OTAs. Stocks are entered and managed on the PMS side.
Unlike AvailPro/D-Edge, for example, the account schedule is always displayed and can be modified.
The PMS sends the stock data that will be taken into account in elloha, and is also able to retrieve stock data from elloha in the event of reservations with distributors such as Booking or Expedia.
To start synchronisation, simply select the PMS of your choice and click on Synchronise. Our Connectivity team ([email protected]) will contact the publisher to finalise the request.
It is not mandatory to synchronise all offers.
Please note. Connectivity is not invoiced by elloha but may be invoiced by the third-party publisher.
Furthermore, once the synchronisation is in place, if you encounter an anomaly between your PMS and elloha, we invite you to contact the teams linked to your PMS first, who will then be able to get back to us.
