Changes concerning elloha Activities

New GetYourGuide distribution channel for activity providers

GetYourGuide has become the leading platform for booking tickets, activities and city passes, and the ideal place to book the best experiences that customers' destinations have to offer.

It offers providers of cultural and leisure activities the opportunity to offer their services online to visitors from all over the world.
This platform allows Internet users to transform a tourist stay into a truly unforgettable experience. They can book tours in advance, avoiding queues and enjoying the most popular attractions in your area.

GetYourGuide will enable you to increase your bookings and raise your profile on the web.


A partnership has been set up between elloha and GetYourGuide to enable you to take advantage of this distribution channel and offer the services of your choice on their portal www.getyourguide.fr.

Changes to timetable management in the elloha booking engine for Activity accounts

This change will improve the display of resources offered in a clearly identified time slot. Until now, timetables were displayed for each resource in a package, but this led to numerous errors when customers booked.

From now on, Internet users will have to select the time slot of their choice and the resources linked to this slot will be displayed automatically. It will of course be possible to launch a new search to select the same resources in a different time slot.

Generation of daily attendance reports

elloha allows you to edit a daily attendance report, which can be accessed from the arrivals schedule in your account.

Developments concerning elloha Accommodation

Cancel a Booking reservation in the event of a no-show by the customer

This function allows you to cancel a booking made on Booking.com if the customer who booked one of your services does not show up at your establishment without cancelling their booking. You will be able to apply your cancellation fees in order to invoice the customer who did not show up and who did not inform you that they wanted to cancel their reservation.

This cancellation is automatically notified to Booking.com in order to update the customer's file.

Cancelling a Booking reservation in the event of an invalid credit card

It is possible that the credit card provided by Booking.com is invalid. In this case, you can cancel the customer's booking if they have not been able to provide you with a new means of payment.

Minor changes coming online

Improvements will also be made to certain existing functions:

  • Addition of a new template for Magic sites dedicated to gîtes,

  • Possibility of deselecting authorised arrival days for offers in Accommodation accounts,

  • Uncheck all offers in a booking file by default when cancelling,

  • Option to choose whether or not to include QR codes on till receipts (menu Tills, select the till of your choice then click Modify. At the bottom of the page is the field for printing QR codes).
