elloha now allows you to sell yourself on GetYourGuide, the leading platform for comparing and booking leisure activities.
This synchronisation is accessible from the Connect subscription (or Diamond for Belgium).
Before activating this synchronisation, make sure you have a GetYourGuide account. If you don't, you can register for free by clicking here.
IMPORTANT: the offers proposed by GetYourGuide are defined as follows:
either by type of public (adult, child, student, senior, etc.),
or by number of participants.
In this case, if it concerns the use of equipment (segway, kayak, bicycle, etc.), it is imperative that the Formula created in elloha is made up of a single Resource only. GetYourGuide will not allow you to display several types of equipment for the excursion or tour you are proposing.
The availabilities entered in elloha for your services are sent to GetYourGuide, which queries elloha at regular intervals, i.e. :
Once a day for the next 90 days,
Once a week for the next 365 days.
Only the quantity available and the timetables for a service requested on the given days are sent to and stored by GetYourGuide. All other information (description, rates, etc.) must be configured in your GetYourGuide account.
Course of action when making a reservation
A customer books on the www.getyourguide.fr websiteby choosing an activity, specifying the day of the activity and the number and category of participants.
A request is automatically sent to elloha to check whether the booking is possible with all the data it contains. If it is possible, a file is created and the stocks concerned are blocked. The customer will then have 30 minutes to confirm the booking on GetYourGuide before it is subscribed. Otherwise, the booking will fail and a request will be sent to elloha to update availability.
Once the reservation has been finalised by the customer and validated by GetYourGuide, the list of QR codes attached to the reservation is sent to the customer. If the reservation is not validated, it will be cancelled and an email notification will be sent to the service provider. At the same time, GetYourGuide will send this cancellation confirmation to the customer.
