How to synchronise with GetYourGuide

Below are the steps for synchronising all or part of your offers between elloha and GetYourGuide.

You must first ensure that you have taken out theConnect subscription(or Diamond for Belgium).

To synchronise your schedule with GetYourGuide:

  • In the Main Menu, click on Sales Channels,

  • On the My Sales Channels page, click on "+",

  • or in the Large Channels tab, on the GetYourGuide block,

  • Click on Open this channel.

Once this action has been completed, a request is automatically sent to the Support department. You must map the services to be synchronised yourself on your GetYourGuide account. The mapping codes will be sent to you by email by the elloha Support department.

In your GetYourGuide account, follow these steps:

  • Go to the record of your activity that you want to synchronize,

  • In the settings tab, click on the edit connectivity settings link,

  • Tick"yes" if you have a reservation system,

  • Select your elloha reservation system (SRS) from the drop-down menu,

  • Enter the product code that you wish to synchronise and that has been supplied to you by elloha in the External Product ID field,

  • Then confirm the synchronisation of the product code.

You will need to carry out the same operation for your other activities to be synchronised.

Once the necessary steps have been taken, you will be asked to tell the elloha Support team which formulas you wish to synchronise so that we can finalise the synchronisation.
