Accept customer bookings without a bank guarantee
elloha now offers you the option of accepting bookings from your customers without a bank guarantee.
This feature will be available from the Magic subscription onwards and will be applied to all the services in your account (it is not possible to customise the offer on a per-offer basis).
Display of booking modules for your Magic site in the Modules menu
You can now access the booking modules for your Magic website from the Modules menu in your elloha account. This will allow you to activate, if necessary, the entry of participants or personalise the mandatory fields for booking (surname, first name, postcode ....).
These modules cannot be deleted.
New ergonomics for the booking engine for elloha Activities accounts
The display of the booking engine for elloha Activities accounts has been modified for the choice of resources. The display of time slots is clearer and the drop-down menu that was previously displayed has been replaced by "+" and "-" buttons, simplifying the choice for customers as well as the responsive display on different multimedia devices.
If you set a minimum number of bookings for a resource, this information will be displayed in the description of the resource and when you click on the "+" button, this minimum number will be displayed by default.
Changing the way payment terms are displayed when a customer completes a booking online
The display of payment terms when a customer completes a booking online has been moved from left to right on the relevant page to make it more consistent and easier for customers to see.
