Overhaul of the presentation of Magic site templates, sorted by new features/use of templates
A clearer display of the different templates for Magic sites will be offered to our users. In fact, each template will now appear in a single block within which you will find the different coloured versions of these templates. Each template has also been given a name.
In the Website menu, the Refresh my site and View my site links have been moved to the top right-hand corner of the page.
Access control (with ticket QR code scanning) added to the POS
You will now be able to check in a customer's booking file, on the elloha Activities accounts, whether the QR codes for the tickets concerned have been scanned. You will find this information in the arrivals schedule. The tick symbol will be displayed on the booking file whose QR codes have already been scanned.
You will also find confirmation that the QR codes for a booking have been scanned in the csv export of the booking files.
Addition of the "Other" payment method and "Bancontact" in the POS for Belgian elloha accounts
We have added 2 new payment methods, "Other" and"Bancontact" (for information purposes only) for Belgian elloha accounts, as part of our partnership with WBT (Wallonie Belgique Tourisme).
Internal and external comments added to the CSV export of sales files
You will be able to retrieve internal and external comments in the CSV export of your booking files.
Addition of the booking engine URL in the module settings
We've added a new field to the booking modules that you can generate from elloha: it's called"Url of your booking engine". This will enable you to integrate this link more easily into your website and to pass it on to other service providers wishing to book your services.
Added status for Stripe managed accounts
This change will allow users to be informed of the status of their Stripe account in the elloha account, which can be found in the Account menu, Virtual POS submenu. In addition, a banner will appear on the home page of the elloha account if the account has not been validated by Stripe.
Addition of fields relating to a company in the sales file
We have added 2 fields to the customer details form in a booking file in order to specify the name of a company if necessary, as well as the possibility of entering the intra-community VAT number.
