Application of promotional codes to Shop products (Accommodation and Activities accounts) and Resources (Activities accounts)
We have decided to extend the application of promotional codes to Boutique products and to the Resources that make up the Formulas in elloha's Activity accounts. The creation of these promotional codes remains the same and you will now be able to apply them to your Shop products and/or to the Resources (resources and options) of your choice.
Promo codes can also be applied to the time slot of your choice if your Formula offers one.
Selection of mandatory fields in your booking engine
It will now be possible to select the fields you want to be mandatory in your booking module (booking engine and booking button) when customers book. By default, the"First name","Last name","E-mail" and"Telephone" fields will remain pre-ticked, but you can of course untick them if necessary. 3 other fields can be defined as mandatory:"Address","Town" and"Postcode". These settings for mandatory fields when booking your customers are not set in stone, and you can change them if necessary.
Highlight in the voucher that the customer's credit card is only taken as a guarantee (Postpaid payment method)
If your payment method is set to Postpaid, a more explicit statement will be displayed in the booking confirmation that your customer receives by email to inform them that their bank card has not been debited. This will avoid any misunderstanding on their part.
Display Apple Wallet directly in the customer voucher email
Apple Wallet will be displayed directly in the booking confirmation email (called a voucher) that customers receive, making it easier for them to retrieve their bookings. As a reminder, this application developed by Apple allows users to add reservations, discount vouchers and loyalty cards.
