As announced at the last monthly DMOs meeting, after 4 years without an increase, our new elloha subscription rates will come into force on 1 December.
While monthly subscriptions will increase, your pros will still be able to benefit from the initially negotiated rate by switching to an annual subscription. This annual subscription represents 12 monthly instalments at the rate before the increase (which will be visible on 1 December) and they can take out this subscription now: See our article on price changes for our customers.
Note that the SSL option (site in https://) at €29/year will now be offered with all Magic (monthly or annual) and Basic subscriptions.

This autumn we launched direct connectivity between elloha and Google. Thanks to this innovation, you can display your prices directly on Google and receive even more direct bookings because no commission is charged! On average, Google can generate up to 11% more bookings thanks to your elloha connection. In 2022, we will be developing other functions with very high added value in conjunction with Google. You'll be better equipped than ever to boost your direct bookings.
We're making your life easier with Booking, Airbnb, etc
Every day, we work to simplify your relationship with the OTAs. Since this autumn, you can manage your entire Airbnb account from elloha (your prices, your adverts, your photos, etc.)! In 2022, you'll also be able to do the same with Booking (our customers' main source of business) and other major market platforms.
Finally, let's talk price!
Our principle is simple: the value of our monthly subscriptions (i.e. with no commitment to a fixed term) increases from 1 December. However, we are now introducing annual subscriptions (like Magic France Relance) and, if you are benefiting from a 'historic and privileged' rate on elloha, you can continue to take advantage of this by choosing the 'annual' version of your subscription.
This "Loyalty Prize" is a way for us to show you our respective loyalty and our gratitude. And to continue to offer you the best of elloha at the price you have always paid us.
