Note: elloha test accounts must have "TEST" in capitals in the title so that they are not deleted by the marketing team.
Would you like to create an account to test the features offered by elloha and better understand how they meet the expectations of your service providers?
Go to the login page for your elloha Network Head environment at https://territoire.elloha.com and click on "Create an account" like any other service provider:
Then enter your details in the account creation wizard.
Email address:
The type of elloha account you wish to create:
Account name and postal address:
If this is a test , please insert "[TEST]" in the account name so that our team of elloha advisers can detect that you are not a service provider and do not contact you for a sales or onboarding meeting. If you would like to be accompanied by one of our consultants to help you discover the elloha features, you can ask us directly via the Teamwork project management application.
Then enter your First Name, Last Name and (valid) Mobile Phone number and specify - if you haven't already done so ;) - that you would like to receive the elloha blog newsletter: https: //blog.elloha.com
Click on "Finalise your registration" and you're done!
A text message will be sent in the next few minutes to the mobile number you have just entered.
Then return to the login page for your elloha TDR (first screenshot in this article) and enter the details you received on your mobile to access your account.
You will get 3 weeks free access to all elloha features and then free startup if the subscription is part of your elloha marketplace licence contract. You can ask us to extend this trial period as many times as you like.
You need a second test account and the elloha account creation wizard refuses your email address because it is already in use?
The email address entered in the wizard is used as a login and an elloha login is unique.
However, the login details are sent by text message to the mobile number you entered when validating the wizard and not to the email address.
You can therefore create a 2nd account or more if you change your email address slightly in the wizard:
In the 2nd test account created, remember to change the e-mail address in the Description/General section to a valid one if you want to receive the provider confirmation e-mails generated when you book your test:
