You can create as many files as you like in your network head:

  • In the main menu, click on Cards,

  • Then on Create a file

  • Select the type of card you wish to create,

  • Give it a name, usually the company name of the establishment or manager

  • Enter its address,

    • Note that this address is pre-composed by Google Places and that you will be able to complete or modify it and add GPS coordinates once it has been created

  • Enter the surname, first name, email address and mobile phone number of the owner of this listing

  • If you click on Send login email, the owner will immediately receive a message telling them where to log in with their username (their email) and their temporary password (which they will be able to change once their own account has been activated)

Direct creation of elloha accounts is only possible with a TDR in "Chain" mode.

In "Marketplace" network head mode, the records created are not elloha accounts. They can be prepared before the pro is used. They must then be transformed into elloha accounts in order to send a login/password by email to the owner who takes control of his account:
