After 4 years without any increase, on 1 December 2021, new rates will come into force for our subscriptions.
1) Why are our prices changing?
The challenges of digital tourism are colossal and, as you see on a daily basis, it's a world that's constantly "moving". We need to keep up with the pace of innovation and keep up with the major changes in the market. That means continuing to invest in development, in particular by recruiting more engineers. But it also means investing heavily in our infrastructure (servers, etc.) to guarantee you the best possible stability, whatever the number of customers connected at the same time. Finally, it also means continuing to invest in a customer service that's already top-notch!
Since our creation, the functional coverage of elloha has never stopped growing. With constant enhancements, strong functionalities and multiple connectivities, we have made elloha the most popular channel manager on the French market.
To stay one step ahead of our customers' expectations, we give you access to all our features, from real-time connection to dozens of sales channels, to managing your ads, scheduling automated emails and managing your website.
We are continuing to develop so that we can continue to provide you with everything you need on a daily basis to increase your bookings. We have major innovation plans for 2022 that promise an excellent return on investment for our customers.
As a reminder, on average, in 2021, elloha represented a cost of 0.58% of what it brought in for each of our customers (average revenue generated compared with the average Connect and Magic subscriptions).
For a number of months now, you've also been able to take advantage of support in French, 7 days a week, to help you on a day-to-day basis, as well as online assistance. This quality of service is not just anecdotal: more than 300 reviews (by a large margin 5*****) are now published on our Google My Business page.
We'll soon be adding new connectors with exclusive partnerships, giving you unprecedented visibility and boosting sales.
2) How much will my elloha solution cost me?
This increase will respect our principle of always rewarding the loyalty of our longest-standing customers. This is why we have proposed "split" prices:
If customers want to keep their 'historic' price, they can take out our annual subscription at this rate,
If customers want to keep their freedom to cancel at any time (the famous "No Commitment"), they can also opt for the monthly payment, which alone is affected by changes in our prices.
From 1 December, here are the changes to our public prices:

So, if you are enjoying a "historic and privileged" rate on elloha, you can continue to take advantage of it by choosing the "annual" version of your subscription. This "Loyalty Award" is a way for us to show you our respective loyalty and our gratitude. And to continue to offer you the best of elloha at the price you have always paid us.
If you are entitled to a "Loyalty Prize", this was indicated in the e-mail we sent you in the week of 15 November 2021. If you can't find this email, go to your elloha account / My Account / Subscription. There you will see the new subscription prices and your "Loyalty Price" from 1 December 2021.
3) If I have just paid for my monthly subscription and I want to switch to an annual subscription, will my payment be lost?
Don't worry, if you've just renewed your monthly subscription, there's no need to wait until next month to switch to an annual subscription. The annual subscription will be calculated pro rata to what you have already paid. For a given month, the invoice will include the price to be paid for your monthly subscription (x) the number of days concerned and the price to be paid for the annual part of your subscription.
4) What happens if I switch to an annual subscription?
If you decide to switch to an annual subscription and thus benefit from your "Loyalty Price" compared with the monthly subscription, you will not be affected by the increase in our prices. You will have to pay for the year in one go and the subscription will be renewed automatically.
5) How do I change my subscription?
You can change your subscription in your elloha account at any time.
You don't need to enter your bank card again: your new subscription will be taken into account immediately after your confirmation.
To do this, go to "Account" then "Subscriptions" :
Select an annual subscription then "Choose":
Enter your CB/IBAN or confirm directly if your payment details have already been saved:
6) What if I want to cancel my annual subscription?
If you want to cancel your annual subscription, no problem. Your account will be closed at the end of the subscription period. For example, if you take out the annual subscription on 15 November and cancel on 15 January, you will still have access to your account until 15 November 2022.
In My Account, click on Payment,
And click on Cancel my subscription
Note: If, after cancelling your subscription, you want to open a new account, this will only give you access to the new elloha prices (i.e. without the benefit of your "Loyalty Price").
