There are two ways to pay for your elloha subscription (always with no commitment period and therefore cancellable at any time!):
either by bank card: you enter your bank card number in our secure interface and, every month (unless you cancel), the amount of your subscription will be taken from your bank card. If your bank card expires or, for whatever reason, payment of your subscription has not been authorised by your bank, we will send you an e-mail alert either to change your card (replace it with the new one) or to enter a valid card,
or by SEPA direct debit (only valid in the European Economic Area): to do this, choose the I pay by SEPA direct debit option in the Collection tab of the My Account menu, located at the top right of your screen. If you opt for SEPA direct debit, you must send us your IBAN as well as the name of the account holder and their email address. elloha will set up this direct debit for the payment of your elloha subscriptions. The screen below is not accessible to our users.
