Regularise payment of my elloha subscription

Your elloha subscription (or one of your options) may be frozen due to non-payment. You will be notified of this as soon as you enter elloha by a message of this type:

In general, this situation occurs when your card is declined by your bank, when there is a suspicion of fraud on your card or, more rarely, when you (or someone on your team, for example) have mistakenly disputed this payment at a later date.

To regularise your subscription (or your option), you can click on the "Pay My Subscription" button and follow the regularisation procedure step by step:

  • at this stage, you can either re-validate your bank card,


  • or reactivate your SEPA mandate,

If you follow this procedure, your subscription will be settled as soon as your bank has validated it
