Do you use the Customer File Management functions in elloha?
Do you want to regularly send offers, promotions and special information to your customers and prospects? All in one operation, to dozens, hundreds or thousands of contacts?
To do this, you need two major tools:
your "router" for sending "mass" emails.
Without the slightest effort, you'll be able to connect your customer file (elloha) with one of the three biggest e-mail 'routers' on the planet:
Mailchimp, the world leader,
Campaign Monitor, its closest challenger,
Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), the French leader (Cocorico!) in the sector,
Once you've logged in, your elloha account will automatically update your customer file (adding, deleting, modifying) in your e-mail sender's account.
Without the slightest import-export (or any file manipulation), as soon as a contact is created in your elloha account (a new customer who books, a contact to whom you have sent a quote, etc.), this contact will be directly synchronised with your contact list at your e-mail router!
Before you synchronise, make sure you have an account with one of these 3 platforms: each of them offers "basic" free subscriptions (limited number of contacts and mailings, which can be useful for getting started).
In addition, don't forget that you need to have subscribed to elloha'sMagic subscription.
Once these checks have been carried out:
You need to go to the Marketing Menu, on the left of your screen,
Then click on Customers,
Finally, select the Synchronisation tab ,
Finally, select your platform and click on the Synchronise button.
When you click on the Synchronise button, you will be asked to follow the connection procedure specific to each 'router':
