CRM TDR e-mailing: connect your Network Head to the MailChimp router

Do you use (or have just created) a MailChimp account? And would you like to synchronise your contacts (stored in your elloha Network Head) with your mass emailing "router"? Nothing could be simpler! Just follow this short procedure.

  • Go to the Marketing Menu on the left of your screen,

  • Then click on Clients,

  • Finally, select the Synchronisation tab ,

  • Finally, select MailChimp and click on the Synchronise button.

  • When you click on the Synchronise button, you will be prompted to enter the API key for the platform concerned,

    • You can see below where and how to find this key

  • Then simply click on the Validate link to finalise the synchronisation.

  • Your emailing platform will confirm that synchronisation has been activated and the export of your customers' and/or prospects' emails will start automatically.

How to obtain your API key for activating your email campaigns

In order to export the email addresses of your customers and prospects, recorded in your elloha account, to your emailing platform, you must enter an API key. Here are the steps to follow to enable you to retrieve this API key:


Mailchimp API key

  • Log in to your Mailchimp account,

  • In the dashboard, click on your account name in the top right-hand corner,

  • Click on Account in the drop-down menu,

  • Select the Extras submenu and choose API Key from the drop-down menu,

  • Click on the Create A Key button to generate the API key,

  • Copy this API key and paste it in the field provided in your elloha Network Header.
