Do you use the Customer File Management functions in your elloha Network Header?
Would you like to regularly send offers, promotions and special information to your customers and prospects? All in one operation, to dozens, hundreds or thousands of contacts?
To do this, you need two major tools:
your "router" for sending "mass" emails.
Without the slightest effort, you will be able to connect your TDR elloha customer file with one of the three largest e-mail "routers" on the planet:
Mailchimp, the world leader,
Campaign Monitor, its closest challenger,
Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), the French leader (Cocorico!) in the sector,
Once connected, your TDR will automatically update your customer file (adding, deleting, modifying) in your e-mail sender's account.
Without any import-export (or file manipulation), as soon as a contact is created in your TDR account (a new customer who books, a contact to whom you have sent a quote, etc.), it will be directly synchronised with your list of contacts at your e-mail router!
Before you synchronise, make sure you have an account with one of these 3 platforms: each of them offers "basic" free subscriptions (limited number of contacts and emails; this can be useful for getting started).
Once you've done this:
Go to the Marketing Menu on the left of your screen,
Then click on Clients,
Finally, select the Synchronisation tab ,
Finally, select your platform and click on the Synchronise button.
When you click on the Synchronise button, you will be asked to follow the connection procedure specific to each 'router':
