New in your DMO network accounts! Cancellation insurance is now available for your bookings*.

With Safebooking, customers can benefit from cancellation insurance when booking on your pros' site. They are informed of the subscription by their customer directly in the sales file.

✅ Pros don't need to do anything to activate it: cancellation insurance is automatically offered to their customers if the offers in the basket are concerned.

The advantages of cancellation insurance for professionals!

  • Easier for both the professional and the customer: if they have to cancel, the customer contacts the insurance company directly. The company reimburses them for their booking: the professional keeps the money and doesn't have to deal with the cancellation! 😉

  • Claims reporting is ultra-simple: the customer is reimbursed within 72 hours of sending their supporting documents.

  • Encourage "firm" bookings: customers are encouraged to book earlier and pay in full for their stay (prepaid). They 'cover' their risk with the insurance company for just a few euros.
