Do you work with external partners such as gift pack sellers? Are they able to send you the unique codes provided to their customers so that they can book directly with you?
Why not import these gift codes and make them eligible in your booking engine, when selling over the phone or to close a booking file?

Start by creating a gift card as explained in this article.
Click on the Import codes button .
If your file is ready, upload it immediately.
If it's not, download the example file to tell you what information you need to send us.
Once your codes have been uploaded, they will be used by elloha to check that they are permanently valid, based on the code number and its purchase date crossed with the consumption validity date (expressed in months or on a cut-off date).
