Define your prices

Updated over 3 months ago

Now that you have associated the resources with your package, you need to set the prices. In fact, the same Adult or Child entry will not have the same price depending on whether it is a "1-hour entry", a "2-hour entry", a "Visit with a Tour Guide", etc...

elloha therefore gives you total flexibility to set as many prices as you create packages: this will enable you to display a range of prices that has every chance of reaching the widest possible audience.

  1. Once you have created your package, click on the Prices tab

  2. The screen will automatically display all the resources you have decided to associate with this package; resources not concerned will not appear, for the sake of simplicity. However, if you wish to add a resource, simply return to the previous step.

  3. At this stage, all you need to do is enter the tariffs in the relevant boxes: it's very simple and all that's left to do is save by clicking on the Save button in the top right-hand corner.

Special case:

  1. You want to set a "Free" price for children (for example, if your resources are admission tickets): In this case, be sure to enter a price of "0" in your price box

  2. You can also define a minimum/maximum price per booking

  3. And indicate whether this min-max concerns all bookings or just the first: some professionals need to have a minimum number of bookings to be able to hold a session (for example, a tour can only start for 10 people if at least 3 or 4 have booked).

So what's the point? Let's take an example: you've just created a "Family Package" with more attractive prices than for individual bookings. But you want each group to book a minimum of 3 Children's Seats and 2 Adults' Seats. In this case:

  1. Activate the Set minimum/maximum per booking button

  2. Then set the minimum/maximum values concerned

Now you've finished creating your first package, all that's left to do is..:
